The breadth of our services and the demographics of the population presents its own unique challenges and as well as some great opportunities. We are on an improvement journey and as part of that, we are developing partnership arrangements with other organisations to ensure the future sustainability of all our services. We are currently rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.

The island is a fantastic place to live. I came here a number of years ago from another Trust and I have never regretted the move.
