Could you help to improve the experience of our patients?

Our volunteers are a vital part of the team. They all make a significant difference to our patients, visitors and our staff and their assistance, kindness and knowledge is greatly appreciated. With the increasing demands on NHS staff growing all the time, the need for this support is also increasing.

  • Medical Staffing Opportunities

Welcome from our Executive Medical Director

The breadth of our services and the demographics of the population presents its own unique challenges and as well as some great opportunities. We are on an improvement journey and as part of that, we are developing partnership arrangements with other organisations to ensure the future sustainability of all our services. We are currently rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.

The island is a fantastic place to live. I came here a number of years ago from another Trust and I have never regretted the move.
